I have the $35 plan with 1.5 GB. I used all GB this month but I have 4.7GB in reward data. Why is my phone and text not working. Monthly payment is done automatically.

Thanks again, I have a iPhone. After my initial reply I rebooted my phone and it is now working after 2 days. Not sure the reboot fixed it as I turn my phone off every night but the phone is working now so life is good😀

if you are on Android, you should have a screen like this in the settings. You might want to disable it completed or move the data limit up for this month
If you are on iPhone, there is no data limit. But make sure you check if any chance you disable the access of Mobile data for some app

Did you check My Account and what is showing there? do you mind to post a screenshot?
also, check if your phone has data limit enabled, maybe you reached the limit set on the phone and the device stopped the use of the data instead of the network
