Rewards data

Hi,

My current plan is 50GB of data for use within Canada & the US at 4G speed. In my rewards section I have three options for claiming extra data:

5 points for 5 GB, 10 points for 10 GB, 15 points for 15 GB

I was wondering if this extra data could be claimed from and used in the US? I don't see any indication that is would be Canada only? Also, if I have enough points could I claim one of these offers multiple times or cumulate multiple different offers?

Thanks for any assistance.

Those specific data add-ons are for used in Canada only. They will not work in the US.

They will only kick in once your plan data of 50 gb runs out.

You can redeem as many times as you want in the increments of the Rewards. Remember they will expire at your next renewal so the timing to use them must be executed carefully.

I would redeem only one at a time, use it till finished and then redeem again only if the next renewal is alteast 10 days away and you know that you will finish it.

HI @pmx1

NO.  The data you see there is just Canada only.  It won't work in US. Some people tried and got the problem

it is better to renew your Canada-US plan early if you used up your data in US.  You can ask support agent to help with that

(Although you can redeem US talk text Data bundle, but that data only works in US and won't work when you are back in Canada.  So, as said above, better to renew your current plan early )

@pmx1  Yes I believe it will work in both US and Canada . And I you can do multiple redemptions of the points towards add ons but I would caution to only use it as you need it because data add ons expire after 30  days from purchase  now . So only redeem what you need until your plan rolls over on its renewal date as as data add ons only get used once your plans data bucket is used up
