Reward points

I signed up for an other plan and went to my reward points but there are all gone where are they ? how could I get them back ?

@Ulle   Do you mean you went into your existing account and changed the subscription there, or did you start a new account with a new phone number?  If you change plan within an existing account the reward points should still be there, but they don't transfer if you started a completely new account.

If you changed your plan but account stayed the same, points are still there. Go to My rewards...
