Reward points applied to wrong thing

My accumulated points were used to give me Canada-wide minutes but I'm quite certain that I asked for them to be used to cover one monthly payment. What can I do to rectify this?

@Bea_P  Not sure there’s much you can do unfortunately. It’s quite clear when browsing  the catalogue what your getting and then 15 point for $15 off your bill you have to confirm twice so you can’t really do it by accident . But you can try your luck with support 

use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen  or send  a  private message   To CS_Agent
