I’ve been with Public Mobile for over a year now so I’m supposed to be getting 1$ for being on autopay and 1$ off for being with then for over a year. Neither have been applied to my account and I have no idea how to get in contact with a customer service representative. I keep being directed to the chat bot who hasn’t really been any help.

HI @odessaclare   When did you join PM?  If you join Feb 2021 or before, then yes, you should get the $1 Loyalty reward.  did you even got the sms telling you that you will have the $1 Loyalty in the following month?

 

Since you have trouble opening ticket with PM using chatbot, try to open with messaging here:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

The loyalty reward will be applied to the 14th cycle payment you make to Public Mobile.

 

Note:

"If your account is in a suspended state for more than 60 days in a year, your Loyalty Reward will be delayed by the number of days your account was suspended."

When did you join? Loyalty reward should be applied on your 13th month. If you joined in March last year, you should get reward on April renewal.
