An agent was able to resolve the issue quickly for me and apply the rewards so that my next bill will be reduced.

I am also experiencing rewards not being applied for Jan 21 renewal. I accepted the subscription change via PM text which would be applied on next subscription date, which is Jan 21. I was charged the full amount. The "Reward - Loyalty Recognition" and "Reward - AutoPay" was not applied. However, looking at the Feb subscription date, the rewards are being applied correctly. I have reach-out to CS Agent for help.

I had the same issue today. Usually my rewards are applied the day before billing but they were not this month so I was overcharged. I have sent a message to a support agent, hopefully it will be resolved. Thanks for the help here!

If you are on the new points system, rewards are not applied to your Account Balance automatically. You must log into the rewards portal and see how many points you have accumulated and redeem them in increments of 15 points to be applied to your Account Balance.

was that a regular renewal AND you are on the legacy reewards, if so, please check Payment history page:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history
The rewards should have applied a day before the renewal already. Please confirm
But if the rewards really not applied a day before, please open ticket with PM support:
But if it was not a regular renewal and you just made a immediate plan change, AND you are on the legacy rewards, then the rewards will be added back within 48 hours

@norewards Did you just do immediate plan change ? If so the rewards will be added back with in 48 hours . Otherwise submit ticket with support to investigate
