I just bought a certified iPhone 8 Plus through Public Mobile and I would like to return it. I didn’t realize it was so big. How do you do returns?

Sorry to hear that it is too big for your liking. I would suggest you trade it for the iPhone 8 if it is less than 30 days of your purchase date. Just contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the envelope icon above and send them a private message with your order number.
I am sure they can help you with what you want.

@bhealy return is easy. As long as you request within the 30 days from purchase. You just need to open ticket with PM Support and they will arrange the return slip , please open the ticket via direct message:
