I have just received a like new phone from Public, order # 287573.

It will not run most of my essential apps, what is the return refund procedure?

@Yummy   issue is the unknow with Google service and Google store for Huawei phones.  I guess Huawei has it's own app store now or you can sideload the app.  But using app that needs Google service can be tricky or need workaround

I guess it has great features, good screen, memory?

My niece will not have any other brand...

I prefer sticking to Samsung. Runs every app I need. They do include some crapware but I guess every brand has that.

Contact customer support with your order#, email used for the order and your shipping address. Customer support will open a request for a return with the CPO department who will get in touch to send you a prepaid return shipping envelope.
