Retry number transfer

Hi I recently tried a number transfer and after a bit of troubleshooting I realized that I had premium sms messaging turned off when I replied to the text from my old provider. It has been much longer than 90 minutes since then. How can I retry the number transfer?

Hey, When I get to this part where it says:

(i) You can find your SIM number (19-digits) on the back of the actual SIM card. If you are using an eSIM, please type N/A.

I am unable to type N/A and I am using an esim. It only allows numbers to be typed. I tried this on my laptop and phone. Any solutions?

@ZaneZ  Have you tried rebooting the phone with the PM sim?

I'm positive yes. It says Premium SMS failed under my YES reply. I can make calls and use data with PM but incoming calls go straight to voice-mail. Texts don't work either. Only on wifi. I'm pretty sure that the transfer didn't go through.

Please open a ticket to contact a Public Mobile customer support agent. That can be done thorugh the chatbot at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html or through the support section of the Public Mobile app.

if you called porting team and the system cannot find your number, usually it means the port was completed

But you sure you didn't reply YES to the text from Rogers?

and can you make outgoing calls using PM sim?

Hey I tried that and they said that they can't find that number...I am transferring from Rogers if that helps.
