If you are currently on Koodo postpaid, login to your self-serve account and click on the Plans and add-on tab. There you will see change phone number option. Provide your phone number and account number. Then check the Authorized box. The porting should complete instantly as we are on the same systems (Telus).

Depends. Usually you can port by yourself in self serve. Unless it's Koodo prepaid.
Ports from cell companies take up to 2 hours usually.
If contacting mods expect a 24 hour turnaround time but upto 48.
