The existing physical Sim left inside phone and received request to answer Yes or no to transfer
answered YES
later received msg LTE for the ported number was being deactivated
now waiting and rebooting phone over a period exceeding 5 hours. And have put in the new physical PM
info looks correct in PM for current phone and PM sim

Sounds like a provisional issue with the SIM so contact a CS_Agent. They will get back to you by pm tomorrow.
