We are aware that some of our customers have been experiencing data-related issues. Our teams are actively investigating intermittent data issues affecting some customers.
If you are having problems connecting to your mobile data services, try one of the following steps to restore data:
In many cases, these steps will restore your connection temporarily at least. Until the issue is resolved, you may need to repeat them periodically.
Rest assured, our internal team is working to get this resolved as soon as possible and we’ll share any updates when we have them here.
Update 1 (4:14pm ET, May 27): Thank you for providing your examples, our network team is continuing to work towards a resolution. We don't require any further examples, and will provide all new updates in this post, as soon as they become available.
Update 2 (2:09pm ET, May 28): Thank you for your patience as our teams have worked to restore services to their normal state. At this time, your service should once again be functioning normally. Please follow the steps listed above (airplane mode on/off, restart your device), to restore your service.
Update 3 (4:35pm ET, May 28): Our technical teams have completed additional updates to resolve any residual issues that some customers were experiencing. Any remaining customers that were experiencing issues should once again follow the airplane mode steps listed above to restore services to their normal state. For anyone that is still experiencing issues with their services, please open a support ticket for further assistance.

I believe most all the costumers already notice the data issue! But tell me what can I do if after do all restarting, airplane mode, check for network nothing works??? Are you going to give us a refund???

This is ridicoulous!!! Especially when There is no customer service number to call and get straight answer!!
When and who is responsible for issueing refunds ?? This is horrendous service !1 Big mistake joining public moble . I have been out driving and urgently needed data to access maps no desire to pay for this level of service

2 phones 2 different plans both having problems, one of these plans is my daughter Phone and she’s been having a hard time getting a hold of me the pass couple days to pick her from work, and sports.

3 phones 3 plans been having issues for 2 weeks but been much worse last few days no data issues. Bell is troddling 3rd party users like public mobile but not there own customers. Should be compensation...

From reading the comments, it appears the problem is Canada-wide. I am a new customer of just 3 months and am not impressed. I am in Callander, ON.

Issue began morning of 26/05/2026. Issue was intermittent at first. No Data on any township in my area even with direct line of site to tower.
I am in central Ontario.
Issue persists and dose not have any function at this time. Please fix this ASAP. This is affecting my work.

It started a few days ago on two separate phones. I tried resetting the mobile network and Wi-Fi network. Toggling airplane mode fixes it temporarily. The problem always occurs when going between my Wi-Fi network and mobile network.

At first i thought it was a Samsung one ui 8.5 bug.
The airplane mode trick does work to restore data.

Phone calls and SMS work on 3G. Will only connect to 4G/LTE or 5G for a brief moment but nothing will happen internet/data wise.
