We are aware that some of our customers have been experiencing data-related issues. Our teams are actively investigating intermittent data issues affecting some customers.
If you are having problems connecting to your mobile data services, try one of the following steps to restore data:
In many cases, these steps will restore your connection temporarily at least. Until the issue is resolved, you may need to repeat them periodically.
Rest assured, our internal team is working to get this resolved as soon as possible and we’ll share any updates when we have them here.
Update 1 (4:14pm ET, May 27): Thank you for providing your examples, our network team is continuing to work towards a resolution. We don't require any further examples, and will provide all new updates in this post, as soon as they become available.
Update 2 (2:09pm ET, May 28): Thank you for your patience as our teams have worked to restore services to their normal state. At this time, your service should once again be functioning normally. Please follow the steps listed above (airplane mode on/off, restart your device), to restore your service.
Update 3 (4:35pm ET, May 28): Our technical teams have completed additional updates to resolve any residual issues that some customers were experiencing. Any remaining customers that were experiencing issues should once again follow the airplane mode steps listed above to restore services to their normal state. For anyone that is still experiencing issues with their services, please open a support ticket for further assistance.

Problem has been intermittent for me since afternoon of May 26, data basically hasn't worked all day today May 27. Located in Guelph, ON

Both my wife and myself are experiencing persistent connectivity issues. We only noticed it yesterday shortly after 12pm and as of this writing we still have no connection. We are both located in Uxbridge, ON

Having issues for 3-4 days now, Charlottetown PE. Intermittent, happens randomly and I have to restart my phone to fix it.

Started earlier this week. It was intermittent. A phone restart or switching network mode from Gobal/LTE only to LTE/HSPA/GSM would help.
As of the time of writing this, the issue is persistent.
Location, all across Kitchener-Waterloo. Did not help when I drove across from Kitchener Downtown to Waterloo, St Jacobs and back.
Phone signal bars appear normal.
Phone reboots and airplane mode, turning data on/off does not help.

I am having problems (as well as 3 members of my family all on this service).
It began Monday May 25 and has continued the 26 and today the 27

The issue seems to be intermittent. I try restarting my phone or trying airplane mode and it works for awhile then stops.

And funny that the person who responded to my ticket was unaware and very defensive.
Also I had to state the issue 3 times in the ticket. Then first question from the agent is " what is the issue" lol

Intermittent issues all week starting Monday. Messaging issues. They won't send. I've turned phone off and on again. Hasn't helped.

Issue noticed May 27,2026 around 12:30pm. Location Woodstock Ontario. No data available restarting and airplane mode did not work. I am still able to make phone calls and SMS. Issue is Persistent.

Removed SIM while phone on, reseated SIM and reset network settings. Data is back.

This has been happening to myself and my 2 children all day today; we live in Woodstock. It resolves intermittently when you restart or toggle airplane mode on/off but doesn’t resolve consistently.

My data issues have been occurring since Monday, when I restart my phone the data will work for a few minutes and then stop connecting. I'm located in the Guelph area but have had the same problems all the way from Ottawa.
