close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
check your email spam,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

Contact the PM CS Agent by clicking on the SIMon chat button and type in Create a Ticket.
They will need your Name, address, phone number etc to confirm your account.

Yes, if you cannot get through Reset Password link, simply use chatbot ( https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot) to open ticket with PM to sort this out. Follow this to get to ticket open page quicker:
type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
