I tried to reset the password, but it showed me this message: "ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled"

@SebastianuA few things.. Does your phone work ie incoming and outgoing calls still work? If so you can stil pay up on 611.
If your phone doesn't work and you are confident that you have had an active account, then be prepared that your accounts might have been breached. Because time is of the essence and there have been a few incidents lately.. I thought I would ask.

Did your try to login unsuccessful too many times and PM disable your login?
If yes, send a private message to moderator for help.
Moderator wait time is 2 - 3 days.

I am not sure whether it will enable your login after a day or two. While you are waiting of moderator, You may try the reset password link on the login page at 1 day interval.

The reset function password function does not work all the time. You could try a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode.
If reset does not work, you will need to contact moderator, but expect 1-2 days wait

You could also try to dial 611 on your phone to do some function with your account like buying add ons.
