Reset password not accepted by eversafe

I successfully reset password multiple times when eversafe login verification reject the new password to my existing subscription acct. 

I have no choice but to create a new id to this community to as customer support agent for assistance to remedy this situation so that I can maintain my acct for payment and monthly receipt.

Please contact me in private messaging to get more details of my acct to investigate this issue.

The current model of customer getting service only after logging onto an acct is very cumbersome when the issue is with logging in to the acct. The chat bot and help logic just keep pointing customer to keep resetting password but still can't login. Very frustrating.

@Pobj   There are only customers in this community, often we can recommend a fix but if you need to contact customer service and the chatbot is not being helpful then send a private message to agents using this link

Watch for a reply at the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar to the right of the bell icon if you don't see an envelope.  The avatar gives a drop down menu with Messages and if there is a new incoming message it will be indicated by a red number.
