How long have you been without service?  If it's been more than 90-days, you'll not have access to that account anymore.

Can take them sometimes around 72 hours to respond unfortunately. At least it teaches us some patience.

If it was just a payment thing I would have suggested cAlling 611 and using a voucher.

You will need to contact mods.  72 .+ Hours.

 

What are you needing to do? Pay for a plan ?

 

 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:
