Hi,
I ordered a SIM online but was able to purchase one from a nearby store. Is it possible to cancel my order and refund the amount I paid online ?

Sorry, but that isn't true. The credit card issuer cannot cancel an order that a customer places through a merchant.

HI @Balaji42 on the order page, it said clearly Sim card order cannot be refunded.
You can keep this one for now, and give it to your friend and ask your friend to join There is a $5 x 5 months special bonus now if you bring a friend over
