Good Day,
I have already been able to change my profile information (address, etc...) via the self-serve portal but I also need to change the userid that I log into my account with and the associated email address.
Kindly advise how this can be done?

@dbranconnier only Public Mobile Customer support can assist in changing the username (email address) used in My Account. Also, make sure your My Account email address matches the one used in Community account so PM can apply the Community reward
To open a ticket with PM to change the email address, use Chatbot from the lower right, You can follow this to get the ticket opening screen quicker:
type: Change username
Click " Forgot Self-Serve Email"
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

Hi there, your username IS your email for your Self Serve account.
Are you speaking of your Community account for your user ID? In that case you can change it with assistance from Customer Support, OR just stop using it and create a new one connected to your email (so that any rewards are awarded to your Self Serve account).

This can be done, but only through a CS Agent (staff) via the SIMon chatbot (chat bubble, lower-right corner) and create a ticket. You can also message them directly here, but they will still need to authenticate you (vs logging into via the SIMon ticket option). Unfortunately, we can't change them on our own.
