Hello,
Since my subscription has been cancelled, I would like to request that my saved payment method be permanently removed from my account.
Please confirm once it has been deleted.
I understand your refund policy. However, I would like to clarify that I submitted a cancellation request around 3:00 AM on March 1 and cancelled my subscription as soon as I was able to find the option.
As I am permanently leaving Canada and will no longer be able to use the service, I kindly ask if a partial refund could be considered as a goodwill exception.

Unfortunately PM is a prepaid service therefore no prorated refund.
