Hello,
I recently had to replace my credit card because it had been compromised. As a result, my payment information needs to be updated.
I no longer have access to the app on my phone. My phone number is 1-905-xxx-xxxx, and I would like to reactivate my service and provide my new credit card information.
Could you please advise me on the steps required to update my payment information and reactivate my phone?
Thank you for your assistance.

You need to contact a CS_Agent to help you to login to your account. Once you are in your account. Go to Payment-Update Card Information.

Public mobile is a self service, DIY mobile company. You will need to access your self service account and change the credit card information yourself. Then manually load up funds equivalent to your plan cost and then your plan will re-activate.
If you can't receive 2FA text code, you can receive 2FA email code instead to access your account, Click on the "Didn't get the code" link and then you should get prompted option for 2FA email code.

you need to get the access back to My Account/PM app and update the card yourself (PM staff are not allowed to help with credit card)
Simply open ticket with PM using Expert Messaging. Click the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right to start, or use this link https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/libs/chatbot.html?botId=ZJkWuVb7Hp6EEcTIZKMZbvLwuDV&lang=en&toggle=fal...
(For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)
PM will reply you via Expert Messaging between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun)
