For future reference...you can edit your original post by tapping on the v in the little circle on top right side of your original post. Looks like an oracle has done it for you this time.

you put soooo much personal info in a public forum ...you should edit it out asap. Tap the v in a circle, top right side of your post to edit that out.

first , remove your personal info, this is just a Community of customer

PM is a prepaid carrier with no refund usually.  But if your plan was not fully activated, then PM support agent usually able to help.  Please check with them, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
