Recently, I purchased an add-on $20 during my stay in Ohio. But it didn't allow me to call, WhatsApp or text after the add-on. How do I go about asking for a refund?

Contact agent and ask for refund since add-on did not work as expected.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:
