Request for SIM Card Price Adjustment

Dear Customer Service,

I recently purchased a new SIM card for $10 as part of a phone plan upgrade. I noticed that the price has been reduced to $5 during the current promotion. Could you please adjust the price accordingly and refund the price difference of $5?

Then watch your community private message inbox top right for a reply.  If you don't see an envelope icon there then click on your avatar and select Messages from the drop down.  Hopefully they'll be able to help you.

Sorry for not making it clear earlier. I switched from another carrier to Public Mobile, so I had to purchase a new SIM card. Additionally, my phone does not support eSIM.
