It's a lot like email but it's not. You might get notifications of replies in email but then you have to come back here to deal with it.

When I click on that link there is r a message box to send someone a message. Do we have to creat a new account to send a message.

Yeah I thought it had all that information. Seems not anymore. I guess you have to contact support.

I need an invoice with HST not a payment summary. I usually email someone and they get it smiled to me on 30 days. Butvtge system seems to have changed and not sure who to ask.

@Lynn1217 You can download your payment history in my account . Bottom of main page (over view) and tab payment history and you see option to download the bills

Go to My Account, Payment history. ( https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history ) There is a download invoice option for each transaction. The invoice there will have the tax included
