Hi,
I submitted a ticket with Public Mobile. They asked me some questions about preventing theft.
When I replied, it kept showing me the error "Correct the highlighted errors and try again. Your post has been changed because an invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and send the message when you are satisfied."
I tried to remove all the "," "." "$" but still the same errors happen.
I had to reply with each sentence but it only allows 3 sentences max. Now PM is asking me for more info but I can't even reply to them

just reply again. Type out the reply , do not use format or so
If you got the same error, copy what you typed, delete and right click and select Paste as Text and it will resolve the problem

@TranMinhThao When I get that error on a post I usually don't change a thing and hit send again and it usually works.
