I think what you may have been trying to do was reply to Public Mobile support with verification information.

That's done on the private message site, not here on the public community.  On this community, we are just other customers like you, NOT employees of Public Mobile.

Do that here: Private Messages - Community (publicmobile.ca)

After clicking there, select the message from Public Mobile's Customer Support Agents.  You know it's them by their username CS_Agent.

Select the message, then REPLY to it with the requested information.

Continue discussion with them that way, please.
