Hello,
I am trying to activate my new sim card which is the replacement SIM for the last one I had which was stolen. I still want to keep my phone number and am guessing that Public Mobile will have to do this???

@BBabealicious "Change SIM Card" is on the landing page of your self serve account under My Profile.

You can suspend your service by logging into your account and going to the "Plans/Add ons" --> Lost/stolen phone tab.
Once you have your new SIM card, return to that page to resume your service (you will not lose your phone number provided that the account is suspended for less than 90 days).

Go into selfserve...options to change sim are there..
