Greetings all,
I figure this questions has been asked and answered before, but I must not be hitting on the right search terms.
I'm on a plan that's nothing special, ie I can sign up for the same plan right now on the PM website. If I run out of data, rather than buy the add ons, can I just pay and restart my plan from that point? I suppose this is the same method one would use when changing their plan too.
Thanks!

And if you want to choose a new (different) plan and activate it now, you can do it yourself in self-serve. But as @NDesai says, to start your existing plan early you need moderator assistance.

@astronaut Yes, you can renew your plan early, but you will not receive any credits for unused service that you already paid for. To do that, you must contact the Moderator_Team with your account info and they will renew early.
