Hi, so I added my credit card for payment to another person's account and now they are not using Public Mobile, so how do I remove my card from their account?
Thanks

Members shoudl not be encouraged to go into someone else's account, whether or not the account credentials are known. Permission is needed. Also, the above doesn't accomplish removing the card.

@MelB777 If you can get the login in credentials and turn off auto pay or if you know the last day your card was charged you can on the night of the 29th day pause your credit card so it won’t renew and after 90 days suspended it will close the account completely this assuming you can’t log in or get the log in credentials from the friend you were helping out . Or get new credit card from back and have to update all your other vendors . Pain in the bitt but if your friend won’t help and you can log in these will be the only way to terminate the payment method with your credit card on file

@MelB777 , the only way to have the credit card removed from the account is to ask support to do it. Use this link to reach out to support.

You need to login to their account and disable AutoPay/Subscribe if you know the account credentials.
Or contact your CC company and cancel your CC and request for a new CC.
