Anyone can help me to remove payment method from my account. I am going with another provider.

If you port out the number, your PM account will be closed and you don't need to do anything
But if you like, you can ask PM to remove the credit card for you (remember to port out you number couple days before your cycle end date)
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
