Users are gonna keep guessing what you want until you provide a bit more description of what you may have done and what you're potentially seeking to do.

Other than an accidental purchase, the other reason that I can think of to remove an add-on would be in the case of a roaming add-on. The can be situations of a customer using up all of the roaming data, and then wanting to buy the same add-on again for more data but not being able to (or not being able to without causing other issues with the service) without the original roaming add-on first being removed from the account.

An add-on is a one-time purchase. It doesn't get renewed.
