honest, I don't see any problem with the app Maybe try to uninstall and reinstall the app and clear cache of the default browser on your phone (the app uses the default browser for EverSafe authentication)
And, you don't need to use the app if you don't like it, you can use the browser and access My Account via:

Thank you for your concern, I appreciate your desire to help. Unfortunately, it's not any one thing, it's many things. The app is awful, constantly switching to a new browser page then taking forever to reload the app because it seems to reset/close every time it punts me to the browser. After 30 minutes of trying to figure everything out I had 15 browser pages open and half a dozen completely useless emails. The chatbot help is atrocious, and also punts me to new browser pages constantly. Customer service is hard to reach and not helpful, (although they are friendly and polite). I've more or less figured out my issues, but it was a solid day of beating-my-head-against-a-wall levels of frustration. Frankly, I don't personally feel that the moderate savings found with this provider are worth the difficulties. All I can say is, fingers crossed, I never have to deal with them again other than to pay my bill

you're not committed to anything longer than 30 days. If you're still regretting it in 30 days..you can not pay for next renewal. Your account will suspend for 90 days and then will be permanently deactivated after that.
You can also deactivate your account by porting your number out to a different cell provider.
