Registration problem

I never had problem registering a visa to make a payment but I am having this problem now and I really need help. I've entered everything correctly but it wont let me add any visa to make a payment.

Just to add a couple of things to @Jb456  post.....

  1. Double check your billing address with canada post its the official address.
  2. Do not put a space in the postal code.
  3. USE ALL CAPS.

Any error message?

 

Is the card registered to your account and you're trying to update expiring or new card for example?

 

Clear history/cookies and try in incognito mode.

 

Leave apartment field/suite blank.
