This is more of a question for a moderator or employee.
I registered a 2nd sim using a 2nd email address.
During the process (3rd attempt) it said it failed and to try again.
Shortly after i got a notification on my 1st account advising a referred friend had activated an account. I then saw a notification that PubMo had processed the payment for the first month on my credit card. I need help confirming my username based on the tel # and confiming if that username can be changed if i got the wrong ending (ie .ca vs .com).
I would imagine this would be discussed via PM.

It looks like we have the same issue. I sent the mods a PM but while waiting I tried to register again.
I got this error at first but I tried again under "my account" then to the right where you enter in your user name and password I just clicked on"Create Account."You will need the new PM number you got during registration as it will send an SMS with a confirmation code.

Unfortunately, expect 2-3 day wait for moderator response. If you need to change account email address login/username, you will need contact moderator.
If you want self service account access, you could try a couple of your email address with your chosen password to see whether you can login. Or if you forgot your password, you could reset your password with the different email addresses. You may be able to acess your self service account before moderator reponse time.....

Yes, to converse with a moderator, you need to do it via private message. You can using this link. Besure to also add your name, pin, phone numbers, address, emails, and date of births for verification. Also a detailed statement what the issue is.
As for the welcome email, don't count on it arriving any time soon. When I registered, it showed up 2 weeks later.
