Hi, I registered my sim card but recently I cat call any one. And I received this message: not registered in network

I had to reboot my phone in order to get it to work.

@Shirinbjn try your PM sim card in another phone, and try using another active sim card in this phone. This can confirm if it is an device issue or sim card
Also call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, enter 1 for English and then your phone numbers it will confirm if your account is active.
Let us know what you got from all these steps

@Shirinbjn , are you able to sign into your self serve account and confirm an active status for your line? Activation needs to be completed on the app.
