Hello I do not want to continue my subscription after this January 17 /2025
I have unsubscribed in the website please remove my credit card from the file because it is still saved

To clairfy the above, the 90 days doesn't start once autopay has been turned off. The 90 days only starts once the account has gone into suspension.

@hbj You have to ask support to remove the credit card info on file to ensure you won’t be charged again
you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent
