Dear Public Mobile Team,I am writing to inform you that I have transferred my number to another provider. Unfortunately, I experienced poor network services with your company—I was unable to use the voice feature in ChatGPT, and the internet speed was very slow. Before switching, I paid $40 for the plan, $5 for the eSIM, and $10 for a physical SIM card—totaling $59 before tax. Given these issues, I have moved my number and kindly request a refund for the remaining balance on my account.Thank you for your assistance.

Public Mobile doesn't offer refunds often as it's prepaid service. You will have to speak with them.
