Hi,
My mom needed assistance with getting a new plan, I was not aware that my sister had started a plan for my mom previously through Public Mobile, and so I thought it was another provider. Thus, I started a new account with this plan:
$20/mo
4g speed
1gb
unlimited call/text
and got a new sim card ($10) on the way.
and when I found out she had public mobile, all I needed to do was to swap plans. so I wouldn't be needing the subscription or sim card for this account.
How can I get help refunding all this (33.90)?
P.S. if this isn't where I get customer support, could someone guide me the way? I tried the chatbox and it's and endless cycle of logging in and telling me to try contacting the Customer Support Agents by logging in and using my username, which I have no idea if its the same name as the one I put here. It also couldn't give me a number to contact.

Nobody here can answer that question and this is something that will need to be discussed with a customer support agent. The actual policy is no refunds.

I would suggest you ask Customer Support to just credit her account with the extra $33.90. Refunds could take weeks to process and they're more apt to agree to the credit.

Thanks, I will try that!
