I added the $20 US roaming and data bundle and it has not worked. I posted extensively to the forum looking for help but nothing worked (see exchange in forum).
In addition to what I posted I upgraded to android 11 and reset the phone.
My phone will not connect to a cell tower. I do not have data and can not call or text unless I do so through Wifi.
(Most recently I removed the sim to stop the constant notifications and serious battery drain as it attempts to connect and notifies me it hasn't evey 1.5 seconds or so. I found that without the sim I can not even use the phone to call or text using wifi.)
How would I request a refund for a purchase that does not work?
I'm hopeful that without the US data and roaming add on I can put the sim bank in and use wifi calling again without the constant notifications and battery drain.
Contact customer support and explain the issue and ask for a credit to your account.
Did you reach out to the teracube community? I think joining their community is a "must do" a little like here....as they are the experts on your phone. I'm a big fan but the camera is a deal breaker for me.
