PM will not give you a refund, but it is possible to request a bill credit for "service issues". I have gotten bill credits of $10-15.
You need to contact an agent and provide them with evidence, e.g. screenshots of slow speed tests, date and times of dropped calls etc.

PM is a prepaid provider and have strict no refund policy
if it is a data slowness issue, usually that is resolvable.
first of all, what phone do you have?
next, make sure you removed all your old sim card, disable all old eSIM and only PM sim is enabled and Set as Primary
Also, try Reset all networks after a device reboot
Last, if issue persists, engage PM support for further assistance. Ask them to reprovision the sim and it should resolve the problem. Please open ticket with PM support:
