Hello, where can I find past usage summaries?

In my Android phone settings, I can view my mobile data usage for the last 4 months including amount of data used by each app.

there is not past usage summaries. But PM provide detailed usage history for the past 90 days. You can login My Account, go to Usage History page or use this direct link:
