Typically refunds to credit card can take several weeks to process.  If more than 2 weeks, you can try to contact customer service agent to check status of refund.  

Sometimes, it is easier to get credit to your account instead and that is processed quicker. Customers can use the funds for the next 1-2 payment cycles.
