How do I get a refund I bought a plan last night and its saying its not in service. How do I speak to a live agent

if it is just a setup issue, PM support agent can review and help and fix it , so you might not need to cancel and refund

but either way, you will start by submitting a ticket with PM support agent,  you can submit  ticket by direct message:
