I am surprised that it was $20 including taxes. It should only be $10 plus taxes if you purchased it from an official Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store.

Actually, we've been advised if you can log into your account which it seems you can, it's best to create a ticket this way for faster results. If you can't log into your account, use @CharlieWhisky link. But if you can log in, best to use this.
Please use this link to the Public Mobile Chat Bot which will direct you to creating a trackable ticket. Enter CONTACT US into the chat and follow the prompts.

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.
With regards to your request for a refund, it's not a refund per say, it's whatever you paid for the SIM card is given to you as a credit on your account minus whatever taxes you paid or delivery was. That credit will then be used probably the following month off your balance and if there is anything left owing, that amount will come off your credit card. Example, say the SIM card costs $10. A CS Agent will give you a $10 credit on your account. Say your phone bill is $30. Then the $10 credit will be used and your credit card will only be charged the remaining $20 plus tax if applicable. Hope this helps.

best is to request credit to your new account rather than actual refund. Credit is as good as $$ in hand.
