I’ve accidentally purchased the wrong coverage and now I want a refund. How can I get the refund? Is it possible?

In general, Public mobile does not offer refunds. Sometimes customer service agent would offer a credit to your account. No guarantees, but it does not hurt to ask.
Submit a ticket for CSA help. Click on the orange chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow up prompts to submit ticket. It can take 1-2 hours for CSA to respond. Check your private message inbox for their response.
