I purchased a package and my device is not compatible to eSim. I was instructed to contact a rep and get a refund

PM is a prepaid provider and generally does not provide refund
However, you can still use physical sim card. You just need to buy one from stores/online and ask support to change it to complete the activation
To get the physical sim card:
get a Public Mobile sim card from
Once you got it, Message support here and ask them to update the account with the new sim card number to complete the activation:

Can you pick up a physical SIM card and use it instead, or is your device e-SIM only?
You can get on at most corporate TELUS or Koodo locations, or on this site, or through canadiancellsupplies.com (if in the GTA area)
