Hello,
I’m writing because I recently switched to another mobile provider. My current Public Mobile billing cycle was on day 18 of 30 when I completed the transfer.
I understand that Public Mobile operates on a prepaid model, but I would still like to request a manual review regarding the 12 unused days of service.
The service was fully functional, but since I will no longer be using the remaining days, I am requesting apartial refund.
Thank you for taking the time to review my request.

You cannot get any funds for unused service. No point of asking agent and waste their time...

hi @Nomis1
if you port out early, you lost the unused days. PM is prepaid and no refund. No partial refund for early departure (you will only charged by days of the last cycle if you are with a postpaid provider, not prepaid). PM support cannot do anything either as this is how the system is set to. Sorry about that

sorry @Nomis1
PM is prepaid and has a no refund policy. You should have wait till closer to the end of the cycle to port out so you don't waste money

Did you switch with the Telus family? If not, your chances are very slim especially since you are said you know there are no refunds.
But, you never know. You have to ask and see.

You can certainly try asking by creating a ticket https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/libs/chatbot.html?botId=ZJkWuVb7Hp6EEcTIZKMZbvLwuDV&lang=en&toggle=fals...
With that said as you noted it is a prepaid service so they may not offer any refund for services not used as you have ultimately made the call to stop using the service even though you had 12 days left in your cycle.
With that said there is no problem to check and see if they will be able to make an exception.
