This service isnt working on my phone. Ive spoken to multiple agents and tried everything besides going to a telus store. Im nowhere near a store, i would like a refund please 🙏

Public Mobile operates strictly as a prepaid service, which means their official Terms of Service state that all sales are final and funds are non-refundable.

However, because your service didn't work right out of the gate (usually due to a stuck activation or an incompatible eSIM profile), Customer Support Agents (CSAs) can and do make exceptions to issue a manual refund.

Since Public Mobile doesn't have a call centre or a customer support phone number, you have to submit a ticket online. I see links have already been provided by another member of the community.

As you've stated, your service isn't working and you were wishing to attend a Telus store to get your service working. Please note, that Telus stores do not deal with Public Mobile service. These forums are your first point of contact to get help. We, as a community, share tips to get things up and running. If we're unable to help you, we share a link to chat with a CS Agent. And as you've already stated, you've spoken to multiple CS Agents through chat.

With the above being said, what issues exactly were you having? If you have tried everything that a CS Agent has tried to help with and your service is still not working, then you need to speak to a CS Agent again and request a refund. You may request an escalation to a supervisor if required.

Why they are asking you to go to Telus store? If it is about getting a PM sim card, you actually can buy one from Amazon as well and they will ship to you within 2 days
