Refund request

Hi, I purchased a data add today (March 7) thinking it would work in Mexico because my subscription is a CAN/US/MEX plan. I just found out the add on only works in Canada and expires before I come back. Can I get this refunded?

Just a side note @MaaikeV . They may only give you a credit back to your account. That credit will be used towards your next 30 day cycle payment.
